Primary resource for a session in PC(USA) and for a presbytery
for Committee on Ministry. It is designed for showing to have
a session under the guidance of a representative of a CPM.
Applicant for Ministry/Minister of Word and Sacrament may
find the video instructive as well but it does not replace
applicants personal meeting with CPM. A CPM may also find
this video helpful in understanding the functions of its relationship
to CPM.

Liaison Person —

Provides for the appointment of an Elder (or a group of persons
including at least one Elder) to act as liaison with the Inquirer/Candidate
& with the presbytery's Committee on Preparation for Ministry,
and to participate with the Inquirer/Candidate and presbytery's
committee as they explore and evaluate his or her progress
in the preparation for ministry.

Assessment Tools
- Assessing Inquirers & Candidates
—

A source of evaluation in the form of a chart conducted by
Denver Presbytery to determine the Inquirers/Candidates readiness
to pursue the ministry. The Inquirers & Candidates are
evaluated on a scale ranging from 0-100, but the scale is
presented in increments of 25.

This resource serves as a final consultation to makes sure
the candidate has fulfilled all of the requirements before
receiving a call.

Name of Group: CPM Sharing
Purpose of Group: Provide opportunities for CPM moderators/members, Seminary Contact Persons, presbytery staff and other related constituents to ask questions and share models and best practices with one another.
After you are added to the group and receive confirmation from Google Groups then you will be able to send an e-mail to the group to share any concerns/questions you have or want to raise. That way, all members of the group will receive the e-mail and will be able to respond accordingly and conversations will be able to flow back and forth amongst the group.
