Nature of Work: A variety of projects: cleanup, construction, ropes course, maintenance, painting, firewood cutting, grounds and facilities maintenance
Group Specifications: 5-25 participants preferred. Mature high schoolers or college age and above.
Project Provides: Free housing in spacious lodge. Charge for meals, or the group can cook for itself.
Additional Information: Sound View is located on 105 beautiful acres on the South Puget Sound, thirty miles southwest of Tacoma, with 1,800 feet of waterfront. Volunteer groups may participate in summer youth program after orientation to Sound View's distinctives. Donations for materials appreciated.
